Give the Gift of Joy
How a Gift Membership works:
We will email a gift certificate good for the membership level you specified to either you or directly to your recipients, depending on your preference. The recipient will mail memberships@cdm.org when they wish to activate their membership. Their membership will be good for one full year from the date of activation.
