Celebrate America with a day of festive fun at Children’s Discovery Museum on July 1!

Families are invited to enjoy patriotic decorations throughout the Museum and create a special sparkler-inspired art project to take home. Then, head to Central Park for a unique twist on fireworks fun during our Bubble Wrap Firecracker Stomp! Kids can jump, stomp, and pop their way across sheets of bubble wrap while colorful fireworks dance across the big screen.

With two sessions in the afternoon, this exciting activity offers all the fun and excitement of fireworks in a playful, kid-friendly environment (without the loud booms).

• Live music with Andre Thierry in the Amphitheatre at 11:00 am
